The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. On my last day, they took me to the mall after I left my luggage at the hotel and when they picked me up they had my luggage so that they could take me directly to the airport.
