“Convenient downtown location. Easy check in with super friendly staff! The king room was spacious and the bed was so comfy!! Free coffee in the lobby, bar and restaurant on site. Completely walkable to all the great restaurants and bars in downtown Dubuque. Great local shopping as well. ”

He wasn’t just supervising; he was truly engaging with families. Most days he ran the kids’ room from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and even helped each family create keepsakes from their trip, which was such a special touch.
