“The staff was very friendly, but the property needs updating and deeper cleaning. They only clean rooms during your stay on request. We stayed 3 nights, so I requested cleaning at 10:00 a.m. before our final night. When we returned briefly to our room at 4 p.m. it had not been cleaned. I asked again and they said it should have been cleaned and that the cleaning staff was leaving for the day. They apologized and said they would see if they could do it, but if they hadn't by the time we got back...

“Siamo arrivati al hotel e alla reception ci viene detto che la carta con cui abbiamo pagato non era la stessa che risultava nel loro sistema (quando sulla fattura di hotels era palesemente la stessa da me fornita), dopo svariati tentativi ci ribadisce che non puó farci il check in dato il problema e prova senza mio consenso a ripassare la carta per effettuare una nuova transazione; tutto questo con la scusa che si trattava solo della prassi per poterci dare la camera. “This hotel is conveniently located to various activities and the events we were attending. This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it never disappoints. The staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. The lobby has areas where people can easily get together and hangout. They have a variety of items that you can purchase in the convenience store. Both times it has been clean and orderly. We have new family within the Libertyville/Lake Forest area so we plan to be back in...

“The furniture in the lobby and the room was dirty, there was no microwave in the room (there was 1 on each floor though) the refrigerator was not cold, and the room was dark the lighting was very low.”
