“I'm the same person who rated 5,0 below, few months ago. I was so entusiasthic right then that I decided to stay again in this hotel despite I was going to drive 45 minutes the day after. I was wrong, this time I had a complete different experience. The bathroom this time was molding and old, i got 3 towels 1 large and 2 small, the large one I had to use in the pool because they had none to give me and one of the two small was dirty. Not cool. “We stayed for 2 nights in a very small double standard room. No storage space,just a bar about a metre long to hang a couple of items on and small bedside drawers .There was a complimentary breakfast provided and tea making facilities but only a tiny stool so breakfast had to be eaten sitting on the bed. All that being said the room was clean and the bed . In the shower room there is a small towel rail but only big enough for hand towels,we had to drape the wet bath towels over the shower door....

“Nice hotel , nice garden with places to sit in among the ducks. Clean rooms . Bit unsure on how to get into the model village on site , no information on it anywhere. Got to the gate only to find you needed a ticket from reception which is a good way back up hill so didn’t bother. Sign at reception would have been a good idea. Lovely receptionist when we checked in but the one in the morning was so miserable, never smiled and just seemed like she didn’t want to be there . Having said that...
