“Our room stunk horribly. I know they allow pets but our room smelled like it must of had a pet in there for a while that pee’d on the carpet. Nearly left after checking in but could not get a refund. To add fuel to the fire, we selected this hotel and paid $60 more than a couple others we were looking because the pictures looked nice compared to competitors in the same ratings range. This staff needs to address the room smell because I know I can’t be the first to bring it up.”

“We found a comb and someone’s t-shirt under the desk. The base boards were dusty and cobwebs were present.”

“Bed sheets and blankets were stained, towels were stained, bathroom smelt of mold and must. Walls and stuff on them. Floors weren’t vacuumed. Fridge didn’t seal shut. Pool wasn’t working. Staff wasn’t there half the time. Seemed like everyone was on drugs and lived there. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!”

“Very clean. Still in progress with some updates. They do state that effective may 2026 they will no longer accept Expedia bookings due to Expedia refusing to pay the actual hotel the taxes, etc but the chain instead.”

This time however, our room (and the pool) did not meet expectations: Room 129 is billed as handicap accessible but the bathroom was not. The bathtub was not walk or roll-in and there were no grab bars. Shower head was hand-held but stream was hard to adjust. Tub fixtures were not secured to wall properly.
