“Il comfort del letto, la palestra e la piscina, la possibilità di poter mangiare fino alle 10 di sera e la cordialita del personale del posto dove cenavo alla sera un bell'ambiente maxi schermo ho percepito molta energia eccezionale davvero .”

“Ottimo il personale della reception. Noi abbiamo usufruito solo del pernottamento e il bistrot non lo abbiamo visto spesso aperto. Camera con vista purtroppo ridipinta di recente, difficile ignorare l'odore…
La struttura dispone anche di palestra e centro benessere, che però non abbiamo provato. Il parcheggio privato non è molto grande e la pendenza può creare qualche difficoltà nelle manovre, ma è possibile anche parcheggiare gratuitamente su strada.

“I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. “Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over ”
“Loved our stay , I struggle with eating out because I am free from dairy and gluten, but the staff were very kind and made sure I had a meal made which I could eat. Very polite young staff members too. 5 star ⭐. ”

"I stayed at this hotel for the Oasis concert.
The welcome was perfect.
The lobby was decorated for the occasion with a small welcome buffet and themed gadgets.
The staff was kind and the rooms were comfortable.

"Very nice stay. Hotel is in good position for both city Centre and temple meads station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival"
