“Very helpful staff”

“The room and bed were dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast did not include meat or eggs, and the coffee was not good. Additionally, the parking area was very crowded.”

“We didn’t stay there due to the false advertisement, hotel is terrible! Not clean and the rooms smells really bad like cigarettes.”

“We only stay for like three hours because the lock on the door was not working and maintenance guy couldn’t fix it until the next day, so we asked for our refund, she said will be no problem, hopefully we’ll get our money back. I cannot stay in a place that I don’t feel secure”

“I always stay at the Red Lion in Kennewick...this time I was in a room for the first time and not quite happy with it. It is called an accessible room but does not have a walk in shower and the toilet is extremely low...I don't call that accessible. I have bad knees so the very low toilet was not good. Also because of my knees and a back problem the shower in a tub was not good for me either...all in all, I would not call this room and don't think it fair for them to advertise it that way!!!...
