“Everything was nice”

“The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was very nice but too dark. The lighting in the room was cold and glaring like you see for nighttime road work but did not provide adequate lighting to see well. On site parking is limited and tight. Overflow parking is available. The bar had a nice menu for dinner, the food was delicious. Close to LSU.”

“I gave the rating for this hotel as low as i did, because during my stay; the pool was down for maintenance, and the fire alarm went off 3 times between 1130 pm and 1230 am. all false alarms, glitches.”

“When I entered the room after checking in, I noticed what looked like a needle or pin sticking out of the carpet. The hotel bathroom had what appeared to be mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. I called the front desk to get moved to another room, but the front desk told me there weren't any other available rooms. The bed wasn't comfortable either.”
