“We encountered one small issue upon arrival and reached out to the host. She was there within 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Unit was directly across from the pool which we enjoyed. The ground had a swiiming area and pier overlooking the water. Location was close to attractions including John Pennekamp state park. ”

“The property was fine for us because we were mainly in the Keys to go scuba diving. But the unit wasn’t very well stocked for a typical VRBO- no salt, exactly 4 spoons, 1 broken ice tray. The balcony was so tiny, only one chair fit. We also found an empty donut bag under the bed. It was fine for what we needed, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The property manger was very nice and checked in on us and helped us when we arrived late due to flight delays. ”

“Went to Miami for a long weekend and was looking for a fairly central location to go to Biscayne and the Keys as well as into the city itself for a baseball game. Location worked great for us, clean and easy to get to. Owner was very responsive and check in/out was easy.”

“I go down to Miami about twice a month so I am used to renting a room off a house. This one had everything, including a full length mirror (a commodity) a stool to do makeup, coffee maker and fridge equipped with two waters, it's the little things and this one had them. Super accommodating host. I will stay every time I go to Cutler Bay, when available.”
