Monolocale privato su Simonton Street a un isolato da Duval. Questa casa è perfetta per una coppia che vuole essere vicino a tutte le azioni.

Questo monolocale caratteristico offre un letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, tavolo per 2 e bagno separato.  Perfetto per la fuga "senza fronzoli" di una coppia. 

DETTAGLI E SERVIZI ...
Situato a poche porte in fondo è Better Than Sex, Duffy's e Pisces ristoranti.  È il luogo perfetto per qualsiasi posto in cui vorresti andare a Key West e, cosa più importante, è a un isolato da Duval. Il parcheggio in strada è limitato, quindi consigliamo di guidare in auto al parcheggio del Garage della Città Vecchia o, una volta parcheggiato in un parcheggio in strada, di lasciare l'auto per tutta la durata del soggiorno poiché tutto è raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta. e generi alimentari possono essere ordinati e consegnati nello stesso giorno!

Had a great trip for our first Key West experience. This small studio apartment was easy to find and access and places you right in the heart of key west. 1 block off duval, you are right in the center of the action. We have no issues finding free public parking, which initially i was worried about. But luckily there was plenty on our street. As for the apartment, it was small but thats what we were looking for. Very private on the backside of the house, with a small private porch deck area. Bed was older and not the most comfortable. Kitchenette was nice as we were able to keep some perishables in the mini fridge, no freezer though other than an ice cube tray. Everything else was nice and stocked for our stay and the room was clean with plenty of linens. Overall we were happy with our stay and the property manager was very helpful and quick to repond when we had any questions.

Great property in the heart of Key West, walkable to just about everything one would want to do. The property itself is also tucked away from the road, quaint and quiet to be able to recover from the craziness of Key West.

Construction during the day next door made for a noisy stay. Room next door constantly opening and slamming cupboards in the middle of the night. Room is great. This visit was not restful.

Most enjoyed the close proximity to the heart of the Key West Old Town area. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and museums. Very busy during spring break and St. Patrick's Day, so parking was difficult. Very quiet and comfortable with kitchen amenities, except there was no coffee for the coffee maker. Found coffee and other food items at CVS nearby.

Enjoyed our stay at Riptides! Cute and functional, and in a residential neighborhood but still convenient to Duval St. Our host, Whitney, was very responsive and helpful.

We stayed at Riptides this last week. Centrally located, this efficient unit is nestled right into the neighborhood just a few streets off of Duvall. It is still very quiet while close to action. Check in and communication with our host Whitney was great! Comfy bed, little kitchen and easy stay. It lived up to the positive ratings!

Whitney was very responsive to my questions and any concerns. I was there during Hurricane Milton and she was very supportive, suggesting a local grocery store I could use to get some food stuffs before the storm hit Key West. The location was very centrally located allowing me to walk everywhere while exploring Key West. Thank you for a great stay.

This was a good spot to stay for the weekend. We were in town for a wedding and just needed a couple days. It was great to be just a street over from Duvall Street and an easy Lyft ride to the wedding location. The room was very clean and the manager very responsive. The bathroom is a bit small but it was fine for our needs.
