“Personale gentile e camera oltre le aspettative per essere un 3 stelle... camera pulita, letti confortevoli... Unica pecca la colazione... personalmente avrei preferito una scelta più varia nei dolci”

“Ottimo! l’unico problema ha pochi tavoli per la colazione. Quindi o la fai in piedi o te la porti in camera. Per il resto è ottimo”

“The staff on the phone was very nice and checked in on us frequently however our room was dirty, the comforter was stained with yellow spots the toilet constantly ran even after the came and “fixed” it. Our tv also didn’t work. Maintenance came to fix the tv as well and it only worked that day the rest of the time our remote only could turn the tv on but we couldn’t actually watch anything as it was stuck on the Home Screen. They told us we had a late checkout but at 1045 the housekeepers came...

“La struttura non ha nessun accesso alla spiaggia ma ha un bel giardino e piscina. Però è attaccato all'aereoporto e quindi spesso rumorosi aerei passano sopra il resort nella fase di decollo. Queste due cose non fanno una atmosfera da vancanza, ma sembra più un business hotel. Per quanto riguarda l'accomodation il nostro appartamento era spazioso e ben arredato e la cucina con ogni confort e supellettile.”

“La camera è piccola ma accogliente, il servizio alla reception molto buono. La struttura nel complesso è molto carina La doccia del bagno non era pulitissima e l’aria condizionta è rumorosa. ”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night and the room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, air conditioning was set at a very comfortable temperature. The pool area was great and so relaxing! Breakfast selection could have been a bit better but we loved how early they served it. Also, we were told that the bicycle rental was only until 5 pm. We initially planned to bike to old town and therefore weren’t able to do that.”

“This place was really nice. It was very clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the outdoor pools, food and bar. There is lots of activities outside to do with your family and friends. We didn’t have a problem at all while we stayed there. I would definitely stay there again if we go back to Key West. This is the best place I have stayed at.”
