“Valido il rapporto qualità costo. Personale professionale e gentile. Qualcosa di migliorabile nella gestione del ristorante: non sempre presenti ed in grado di dare continuità alle richieste del cliente (dopo aver richiesto un black tea per tre volte a colazione è arrivato un caffè) per mancanza di coordinamento.”

“We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager.
