“Well received on arrival. Very warm personalised touch by service staff. Excellent grooming by there GM. Food was good. Always ready to serve as per your choice. Mr Shailendr GM pays attention to every small things. It was pleasure interacting with him. E cart named tuk-tuk was ever ready to transport guest any where in this huge property. Three nights passed by very fast. Will again visit this property. ”

“-Swimming pool is poorly maintained. My kid got hurt with something very sharp inside swimming pool. Water was very dirty. - Person who is incharge of Safari, was charging too much higher charges than government approved rates over there. We ask him to cancel our tickets once we get to know that rates are higher. He asked for 3000 rupees towards the cancellation charges. “The property is good. However, we didn't get the rooms we booked for. We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia. Since we paid for super deluxe rooms, not sure how same is gonna be accomodated for the price difference. The food has been great till now, however customer service has been ok. “Despite pointing out a stained toilet seat and rusted health faucet, the hotel claimed they were running full and didn't offer a resolution. This property is well past it's prime - dust everywhere, musty towels et al. For the same price, we moved to Saj in the Forest nearby - would highly recommend everyone reading this review follows suit.”
