“El desayuno no era como otros holiday inn, no habian salchichas de pavo, la pisina era super fria, el jacuzzi no funcionaba y el piso de la pisina se veia sucio, no la podimos utilizar, lo unico bueno era la limpieza del cuarto, pero esten mas al pendiente cuando se acaban los jabones. ”

Thermostat hanging sideways on wall, some caulking in room and main hallway needs to be touched up, no stopper in bathroom sink. OK for one night's sleep. Breakfast selection limited. Needs a good inspection review before calling it complete.”

“First room 222 the door didn’t lock and window could be slide open from inside second room the inside door handle was broken the people ubove me were loud and disrespectful office didn’t do nothing about it and wouldn’t refund my money also has bed bugs and roaches ”

“The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and also I was charged for the booking and I never even stayed in the room. I never even checked in because the rude customer or worker at the front desk did not understand that I was in a domestic problem, that’s why I booked the remote two and she wanted me to give her $60 extra to put in her pocket to be able to book in and say there at 2 o’clock in the morning and so yeah, and she kept buying saying that the manager was not there when he was...

“It was a very nice & quiet place to stay. The staff were very polite. I would definitely stay here again when visiting longview.”

“Everything was great! Room was huge and the staff really nice. Even got a late check out that was no problem at all and was later than I feel hotels typically do. ”

“The property condition was okay, except when the remodeling was finished, the top of the refrigerator was about 1/4 thick with dust and dirt. Also, no toilet paper was present in the restroom. The check-in staff was good However they were not very accommodating when we requested additional towels.”
