“Clean and spacious room. Surprisingly. there was a fridge wiith cooled glasses in it, microwave, kettle and toaster, cutlery and good suply of coffee, milk, teas etc.. we had dinner at the hotel. It was tasty and decent portions. IGA supermarket is next to hotel which is handy if you need to buy some groceries. Cute little country town ”

“Stayed at Carrajung Estate while working for a few days in the area. Very pleasant country-style accommodation in a secluded location. Hosts were super helpful throughout the booking process and were very flexible with check-in arrangements. The cottage itself was nice and tidy, although it did feel a little run down, especially for the price. ”

“We.stayed as a couple in the romatic eoom at Hotel 3858. Thia included two fantastic baths which we enjoyed after a full day of hiking. The room was well thought theough, clean and the staff very friendly, eveb offering milk for our coffee and tea.”

“The front desk staff were welcoming at check in. The room was clean and well presented. Was nice to see a coffee pod machine instead of sachets of instant coffee. Bathroom is small but clean and was great to have full size handwash, bodywash and shampoo in pump pack instead of dealing with tiny bottles and mini soap bars.”

“The sink/basin in the washroom was really small and the water was splitting all over on the bathroom floor. Rooms were partially cleaned there was dust and hairs all over.”

“Staff were very helpful & friendly. Renovated Apartment was modern with quite a large bathroom for a 1 bedroom apartment. The area was quiet, peaceful & treelined. Parking on site. Botanic gardens & lake close by & shops not far. Would stay again.”

“The rooms were good. Staff ok until I complained about washing powder provided that bleached my 2 items($100 value). Photos provided via email but no correspondence. Infuriates me! Next time provide sealed washing powder. At least acknowledge your mistake and provide some kind of reimbursement for my loss. Send photos of items via email. Ncore”
