Hotel a Kimball

“This is not the nicest Super 8. Our room on the second floor was ok but it could use a refresh. The outside doors to the motel didn't lock which concerned me. There were cracked windows on the first floor and garbage stacked up by a shed- no dumpster. The landscaping was dead around the building. Just not up to today's standards for a Super 8. The beds and pillows were clean & comfy. The breakfast was sufficient but not like the other Super 8 we just stayed at in Custer SD. Oh and the TV system...

Bed was overall comfy although was on wheels so moved out from the wall occasionally. The outdoor pool was a nice feature but water wasn’t super clean and one of the bars by the stairs to step down into the pool was wobbly and the concrete around the pool is chipping which hurt bare feet. “probably the fanciest looking room to price ratio ive ever gotten, i felt like a queen with how shiny the bathroom was. staff were very helpful and kind, letting me know all of the ammentites the hotel had to offer. only concerns were that the bath was stained, the toilet flushes slowly, and the sheets felt low quality (it felt like recycled paper) hats off to the staff for having the reception always active, as well as the quality of breakfast. it was amazing for the night i was there.”
