“I was there one night. Had everything I needed. The pet deposit was refunded promptly. Great staff!”

“I stayed one night. Room was clean everything worked except I couldnt figure out how to close the many curtains in the window.”

“Evening staff was amazing. The lobby was really nice and smelt amazing. As you make your way through the hotel you start to see some issues. The carpet through the hallways was starting to come up. The flooring in the elevator looked horrible because it was ripped all over and they tried to cover it with a rug. There was mold around the shower in the room. The plug ins were coming out of the walls and half of them did not work. The safety lock on the doors were sketchy and did not seem too safe....

“They were remodeling none of the ice machines worked there was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door so the lights from the hallway shined in all night breakfast was average waited over an hour for coffee still didn't get any ”

“We were close to our Venue and our room was very comfortable! The staff were great! We did not partake Of the breakfast but it smelled good! Only suggestion would be having charging ports on the desk and between the beds. ”

“Breakfast was okay. But their elevator was out and we were in the third floor! I have two 1 year olds and they did not have the cribs I asked for. The staff seemed upset with us for even showing up. ”

“It isn’t fancy, but it is clean. Beds decent, and there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. Absolutely adequate for an overnight pit stop with pets.”

“We had such a wonderful stay at the Drury in Pigeon forge The staff was so friendly and helpful . Our delux queen room was very clean and spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub! And we really enjoyed the kick back snacks and beverages. We will definitely stay again!”
