“Sheets had holes in them, towels were stained/dirty, shower curtain was nasty, there was dog crap on all grass areas and worse in pet walking area. You could hear people talking outside all night long.”

“Less amenities than any hotel room. No coffee pot, not any type of service ware that is usually in am extended stay property. The bathtub looked like water had backed up into it and had dirt and debris in it. Could not use the shower. ”

“there was a false fire alarm. the only thing I would suggest is to train the staff if that happens again, someone from the hotel should inform the patrons who responded to the fire alarm and went outside when it is okay to return to their room. No one from the hotel informed us it was okay to return to our room. every one just went back on their own. there were people staying in the hotel who lost everything in the bishop hills fire and were standing outside the hotel with their 5 children 8,...

“This motel is old and run down. The "breakfast" is a joke. Ghetto location.”

“We had a room with two queens and a pull out couch. Plenty of room for our family of four. The room was clean and updated. I love that you got two firm and two soft pillows for each bed. Breakfast had cute little texas waffles and my son really enjoyed the biscuits as and gravy.”

“Spacious rooms! Included breakfast is “lite” continental, but was enough to tide us over until we stopped somewhere else. We checked in very late the night we stayed but we were still greeted with a welcoming smile and much helpfulness from the girl at the front desk.”

“I love how clean everything was. I appreciated the refrigerator, sink, cooktop and dishwasher that was in the room. We were able to have dinner in our room, eat on the couch and watch TV. That was really nice after the long driving days we had. Only thing I didn’t like was the barn door on the bathroom, felt a little less private. Only 2 bath towels, no extras and small pillows on the bed. But little dislikes for much more likes!”
