Overall for the price, a good place to stay.

For the price, this is a good place to stay in Kingman. It is an older hotel with some remodeling. The bedroom area was comfortable with a king size bed made up in decent linens, small table, chairs, and flat screen TV. The room included a coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator. There were plenty of outlets. Housekeeping provided lots of towels, the usual shampoo, soap, and coffee setups. Easy access from parking to your room. Check in is quick but be sure to tell them how many devices (computers, tablets, and phones) you want to access the free wi-fi with as there is a separate code for each. The internet worked with no problems. The hotel has a pool, a small gym, and sauna - but I did not use them so can't rate them. They have a full breakfast buffet style which although the same is a decent breakfast - scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit.
The only negative was the bathroom. The light is not over the mirror/sink which makes it difficult to see to put on makeup (or I presume for a man to shave). The bathtub was literally flaking off the paint/coating as I stood in the shower. My prior stay, the bathtub was also peeling. Shower pressure and temperature were good. If you are checking in with small children, ask for a room in which the bathtub is in good shape.
If you are looking for a comfortable bed and breakfast it's a good buy. My rating is based on my expectations/experience of older facilities in the Kingman area; not on all levels of hotels.
