“Stanza pulita, ottima zona, può essere molto calda e le pareti sottili fanno sentire ogni singolo rumore proveniente dalle altre stanze. Perché ho messo 1 stella? Perché la stanza non era quella delle foto, mi sono ritrovato al seminterrato invece del primo piano e la stanza era un buco… La risposta della struttura è stata: “Ci siamo sbagliati, cambieremo le foto ma non effettueremo un rimborso””

“Tutto sommato piacevole soggiorno. Monolocale molto spazioso, eccetto il bagno, super piccolo. Essendo su parte di strada è rumoroso, si sentono le auto passare, sirene di ambulanze e polizia e possono disturbare chi ha un sonno molto leggero. Da migliorare la pulizia (inesistente in 6 giorni di pernottamento, si deve pagare a parte) o per lo meno il cambio degli asciugamani (cambiati solo una volta su ns richiesta da un ragazzo delle pulizie gentilissimo). “Excellent value, whilst not a cheap option, it is definitively very good value. The staff were professional and accommodating. They allowed early check in because they had availability. They were friendly. The location is great. The units are great in size for a family, and basic provisions (coffee, detergent, dish soap, milk capsules, etc) are provided. “Had a great stay in the center of a very lively area. We were traveling with a 15 month old toddler, and we requested a baby cot for his stay, which was set up in the unit before we arrived. They also provided a high chair, which was very helpful and an unexpected bonus for takeaway/take out food. We will definitely consider this property again the next time we go to London.”
