“We stayed here when we moved our son into college. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful. They offer free bottled water that you can just take from the concession fridge. That was such a great perk. The Coastal Grand Mall is 5 min walk and is a pretty decent mall with a movie theatre. The pool is small and old/rundown. But we weren’t there on vacation so it didn’t bother us. 6 minutes to airport. The coffee was actually pretty good. The breakfast offered Belgium waffles that...
“This was a great place for our family vacation. The water park gave my child a place to play when the weather wasn't great for the beach or when we didn't feel like getting sandy. As others have mentioned, there are times when the elevators aren't enough to handle the traffic. I called those times rush hours - when people are checking out and checking in, and one time when the water park had to close due to storms.”
“My husband and I stayed a night here on our way to Orlando. We came back after our Orlando trip because we left some very expensive watches we'd gotten each other for our anniversary. The staff turned our watches in. There are still good people in this world. The staff is always so polite and helpful. Thank you Christine for being honest. ”

“This property is prbly the nicest in the area. From the time we walked in, we could tell it was well maintained and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean, and bed comfortable. Don't expect the Ritz-Carlton if your not willing to pay the price. This is a nice budget friendly hotel and i wd recommend it.”
“It was at the end of the board walk so it was a little quiet, yet very close to walk to stores and activities. The property was clean. I wish there was someone at the front desk because we needed somethings but couldn't catch anyone at the front desk to ask. ”
