Hotel a Kings Park

“Niente a che fare con la vecchia tradizione La Quinta. Struttura vecchia , ha bisogno di molta manutenzione. Con molta sorpresa il secondo giorno camera non rifatta. Alle nostre rimostranze abbiamo scoperto che adesso lo fanno solo su richiesta ”

“The hotel was in a convenient location for our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with nice beds however it had not been cleaned properly as their were 'clothing stickers' hanging from a piece of artwork on the walls and the area around the bathroom sink wasn't as clean as it could have been. The breakfast was very good with a wide array of options. Unfortunately Fox news was on the TV monitor in the breakfast room throughout the duration of the breakfast...

“The hotel did not honor my reservation as booked because I booked through "third party Expedia " instead of direct with hotel. They were busy and gave the King ADA room to someone else. We had to wait for staff to find another room. We finally got a room with two Queens, and a low toilet, and tub/ shower. We made it work but not happy. Parking was not good for capacity of quests. One good note they have good breakfast and hotel is quiet.”

“My first room smelled moldy. The staff provided me with another room very quickly, but the second room wasn’t much better. Smelled almost like a dog was in there. The carpet did not look clean. This hotel needs to be updated.”

“Our stay was horrible. This hotel is very run down. Our room smelled like dirty feet, the carpet smelled like vomit, the sink in the bathroom was about to fall, the TV and the phone did not work. One of the two elevators was not working and it took multiple tries to be able to get a ride down. And in order to reach the elevator banks from the front door we had to walk up two short flights of stairs with our bags as the elevator was not working. The one bright spot was that the staff was nice.”

“The pool and spa were not working and we were not notified of this prior to arriving. Would have been nice to be notified and given a credit or replace with free breakfast or something in place of this would have been appreciated. ”

“I was expecting something more, but for one night it was fine. The breakfast was fine.”

“Poorly maintained. Broken doors and locks damaged showers and damaged faucets. Heating/cooling system damaged. Buildings Difficult to navigate”

“Beautiful grounds,great amenities spacious parking. Amenities galore excellent breakfast.Efficient friendly available staff employees at all times. Comfortable..”

“Rooms were comfortable sufficient and clean separete bedroom with tv was great. I understand that this is a pet friendly hotel but one morning getting off elevator I was met with two 2 huge pit bulls scared my wife and I to death there should be some limit”
