“We have stayed at The Chase before on a few occasions over the years and were delighted to see that Green King have taken it over and upgraded the rooms and en- suites.
The staff were super friendly and we were delighted to meet Jane again who remembered us. Our room was clean and welcoming and the bed very comfortable. Nice touches with the ironing board etc which would be useful for longer stays. We shall definitely return on our next visit to Nuneaton.”

“Stayed here for a night on the way to lake District. Very clean and easy to get to. Lots of other stores around it if you need petrol or a quick shopping trip. Breakfast was inclusive and good, though menu was limited.”

“L'hotel non era male ma il mio letto sembrava essere stato sistemato con le lenzuola usate e tra l'altro non riboccate sui piedi ma arruffate... sulla moquette qualcosa di appuntito mi ha punto il piede. L'area piscina poi in Italia sarebbe stata chiusa per condizioni igieniche non descrivibili. Jacuzzi non funzionante, coperta con un telo, sauna annacquata con sporco galleggiante, piscina piccola e non limpida, spogliatoi e docce con molto sporco a terra... insomma un porcile! mi spiace ma...

"Sono stata in questo hotel per lavoro per tre notti. Solitamente scelgo il Leonardo in Europa come catena di hotel in quanto mi trovo benissimo con le stanze ed il servizio. La posizione non è male, essendo situato abbastanza in centro ma questo hotel non è stato per nulla come gli altri Leonardo in cui sono stata. Le stanze sono piccole e per arrivarci ci vuole molto tempo in quanto non so che succede con i quattro ascensori ma si creano code per aspettarli. Inoltre la cosa più deludente è stata il servizio ho chiesto due sere di fila la colazione d’asporto ed entrambe le mattine si sono dimenticati o non lo hanno scritto. La colazione inoltre rispetto altri altri Leonardo non ha molte opzioni senza lattosio e senza glutine sebbene i camerieri siano gentili.
In sintesi non ritornerei in questo hotel visto il servizio."
