Descrizione della proprietà: Il 1 piano, 4.000 sf- 6 camere da letto, 5 bagni a casa

Goditi quasi un acro di privacy sul lago splendidamente ombreggiata. C'è un sacco di spazio per giocare su quasi un acro di proprietà privata sul lungomare. Questo gioiello ha solo un vicino da un lato e guarda attraverso la signora. Moss land trust con 3 miglia di proprietà incontaminata di campagna collinare non sviluppata. La casa ha un orientamento perfetto senza sole ovest. Rilassati su un ampio portico e ponti che catturano le brezze estive prevalenti. La casa è di circa 4000 piedi quadrati che è stata recentemente rinnovata, dipinta e con nuovi mobili e comprende una suite privata a bordo piscina. La casa può ospitare generosamente fino a 24 persone. La posizione è comoda per vivere lato lago. Sarai a meno di un miglio dalla rampa della barca pubblica, dalle pompe di benzina sul lago, dal negozio di esche vive, dal HEB e dalla cucina locale.


Attività acquatiche: Situato sul lago LBJ che è un lago a livello costante. Goditi la pesca e il kayak. L'acqua aperta è perfetta per lo sci d'acqua, i tubi e altre divertenti attività acquatiche. C'è una rampa della barca situata a poche porte in basso per una piccola tassa.

Great house. The owners laid out a really thoughtful home with great amenities. We had 5 couples and 2 children and had plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed are stay. The portion of the lake is busy so keep that in mind.

We had our yearly family reunion here. We have 10 kids under 12 yrs. It was a wonderful place for young kids to play. They had the pool, sandbox, fishing and tubing from our boat. When the adults needed a break, the game room kept them entertained. We did not have babies or toddlers. The house met all our needs. It was well stocked in the kitchen and all restrooms. Better stocked than I’ve seen at other houses. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us!.

This location has it all! My golfing buddies and I (6) had such a great time. The accommodations are amazing, and between the pool, gameroom, and amazing access to the river, our group was easily able to take our boat out in the evening with a great central location. Some of my friends and I stayed here for our Fraternity Formal in Austin. This house, the owners, and the lake were exactly what we needed and did not disappoint at all. Everyone who stayed at the house was complimenting the pool, beds, the view, kayaks, and game room. Awesome time and 100 percent worth the drive!!

We had a great time at this property, which was nice. However, the homeowner, Greg, was unprofessional. Having a larger group coming from all over the state, we had as many vehicles as people. The owner walked into the backyard of the property unannounced to count the amount of people we had. He had made assumptions that we were breaking his strict rules and policies. We did have good communication with the property manager, Nicki, before the trip.

This is our fifth stay at Summer Breeze. The house is older but comfortable, very well maintained and very clean. There have been some updates such as new countertops and new dishwasher and oven. The kids love the game room and can occupy themselves with foosball, ping pong, air hockey and a large TV. The outdoor space has a beautiful swimming pool and huge built-in hot tub. There’s plenty of room to relax with outdoor chairs and a covered porch with tables for eating and games. The boat launch was rebuilt and kayaks and a canoe are provided along with life jackets as well as some fishing rods. There’s a commercial ice machine and 3 washers and dryers. The management is responsive, helpful and does an excellent job to accommodate special requests. Our family always looks forward to our stay. We enjoy the relaxing laid back atmosphere at the house and already have plans to return.

This is the second time we stayed here. It is great for a group of about 18. We really enjoy the location that the house is on the lake and the property is very well-kept. The property managers are really good. I would highly recommend this place for a large group.

This house was perfect for our family. The gameroom building and pool casita were separate from the main house, so everyone had their privacy. This property is built on love and has family and good times in mind! The view from the comfortable porch furniture to the pool and beyond to the boat dock, set the scene for our leisurely weekend. The enormous trees provided just the right amount of shade and the St Augustine grass kept us barefoot and fancy free! Let’s talk about the immensities like the comfortable beds, couches, fully equipped game room, and the industrial ice machine!!! Having the accessibility of enough parking for 4 Texas size trucks, three suvs and a Tesla that needed a charge was so cool! Having an HEB, a meat market, and produce stands just a mile away was perfection. We will definitely be back to appreciate the cold AC, beautiful views, and lake life again! In the meantime we will sing the praises of this little slice of heaven to family and friends. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake house with 5 grateful families. We made many wonderful memories here!!!

We have a family reunion every other year at Lake LBJ and this place was amazing!!! The amenities were endless including the pool, hot tub, game room, lake view, boat dock, back yard, sleeping arrangements, bathroom arrangement, etc. The list goes on and on. This is our second time to stay at Summer Breeze and we have already booked for next year!! The breeze was non stop and so refreshing. The new deck made for lots of fun in the lake! The new outdoor Kitchen was fantastic for Summer grilling. The Game room is a big hit with the younger kids and the pool is where we hang out all day!! Five stars +

Summer Breeze was the perfect house for the 7 seven families that we had over the weekend! There was enough space for everyone, plenty for the kids to do, and cozy enough that it felt like home. And the view looking out over the lake was SPECTACULAR! Our only note was there was not enough towels, but there was a lot of us and we made it work. I’m recommending this property to everyone I know and we will definitely be back! We all had a great time!
