“The stay was good, the key system they have is old and needs to be upgraded. Everytime we left our room and came back the keys needed to be reset. We rebted multiple rooms with elderly people and kept having to go to front desk and have keys regenerated. (Keys were not near phones or magnetic cases ) It was very frustrating as we were on the third floor. Two night stay i think both room keys had to be reset 6 or 7 times Both keys. I expected more from Marriott.”

“Hotel posizionato lungo la strada per le Niagara Falls ma troppo distante da loro. Molto poco pulito, lenzuola macchiate banco non pulito (sporcizia nei angoli e sopra il lavandino). Caffè già aperto. ”

Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“The hotel's facilities are basic, offering only the most essential amenities, which doesn't justify its price. The breakfast area is cramped and the food is simple. The four-story hotel only has one small elevator. I stayed two nights, but the hotel didn't automatically provide room cleaning or clean towels unless I requested them. However, its advantage is its convenient location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby.”

“Love this place, was clean and well maintained, very modern, pool was nice and warm, our favorite part was breakfast where all could seat together and eat at the nice dinner area. We were there from Tampa, FL and seeing the nice mountain area was super cool, but staying at this hotel was the best part.”
