“Staff was very friendly. Located in a kind of sketchy area, but right next to a McDonalds and gas station so food was convenient. Hotel was inexpensive and a good experience for the money.”

“The room was nice and stayed cool even in extreme heat. The pool was great. Staff was friendly. Only downside was we were above the house keeping room and the walls vibrated when they ran the washer/dryer. Vending machines were also sub par. Location was great though.”

“Very nice stay. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the standard fare with eggs , bacon , biscuits and gravy and waffle maker. The staff is super friendly and did a great job. There are three very nice restaurants located within walking distance of the hotel which was nice when we didn’t want to drive into town for dinner. About 20 to 30 minute drive to Hocking Hills. Highly recommend.”

“The 1st day we checked in until the 3rd day of our stay, we inquired everyday about the indoor pool if and when is it going to be available for use and the front desk personnel informed us that the parts that was ordered already came in and they will have the maintenance people work on it and hopefully will be operable that afternoon or the next day. “The carpet was dark and filthy. My socks were nasty when I took them off at night. I put down a white washcloth and just rubbed it on the carpet and it came up filthy. In addition, there was bad smells and I believe that was from the carpet also. There was a chair in the room that was filthy, I would not put anything on it or sit on it. However, the staff was very nice.”

“For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...
