“We had a great time at the Ocean Cliff Hotel. Check-in was smooth and the staff was always welcoming. The views from our room and the property in general were amazing. "Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole all’interno di questa struttura, che si presenta come una piccola oasi di tranquillità. Ogni bungalow è dotato di ingresso indipendente, garantendo privacy e silenzio. Il nostro si trovava al secondo piano, comodissimo e ben equipaggiato: aria condizionata, pale a soffitto, saponi per la doccia, frigorifero, bollitore con tè e caffè, televisione funzionante (perfetta per la sera), e un piccolo patio dove potersi rilassare. La pulizia è stata impeccabile e il personale sempre gentile e disponibile, pronto a fornire supporto con cortesia. Ci permettiamo però due osservazioni costruttive: 1. La gestione dei gatti presenti nella struttura. Sono presenti numerosi cartelli che vietano di nutrirli, ma molti di questi animali, seppur sterilizzati, apparivano denutriti e in cattive condizioni di salute. Per molti ospiti europei, è usuale trovare gatti ben curati nelle strutture ricettive, spesso accuditi con amore sia dal personale che dai clienti. Prendersene cura e coinvolgere gli ospiti potrebbe rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole e rafforzare l’immagine della struttura. 2. Il servizio della reception, pur essendo molto cortese, in più occasioni ha sottovalutato l’importanza di prenotare ristoranti su richiesta, assicurando che non fosse necessario: ci è capitato invece di trovarli chiusi o al completo. Inoltre, alcune escursioni consigliate dalla struttura non erano all’altezza delle aspettative"

"La struttura è curata, abbiamo alloggiato dal lato del giardino (anch'esso molto curato e piacevole) per raggiungere la spiaggia è necessario attraversare la strada ma non è un gran disagio in quanto è presente personale della struttura che aiuta a fermare le auto per facilitare l'attraversamento. La parte di spiaggia riservata all'hotel è molto bella, c'è spazio e lettini per tutti, ci sono gli ombrelloni su richiesta e a disposizione è presente un gran numero di giochi gonfiabili che abbiamo gradito molto. I bagnini sono attenti e disponibili mentre il bar ha prezzi molto alti e purtroppo un servizio decisamente lento, ma è cosa comune in zona. In generale lo staff della struttura è attento e professionale, anche le pulizie sono accurate. Se devo trovare un suggerimento da rivolgere alla direzione è quello di far trovare un piccolo kit di benvenuto in camera, come 2 bottigliette d'acqua e uno snack, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che arrivano in struttura in tarda serata. "
