“Had an awesome time with my family, highly recommend!”

“The pool was not operational. A pool needs to have a working pump in order to swim in it. Dead water does not work. The refrigerator in the room was not working and smelled when opened. Nothing like we saw in the previous reviews and ad in Expedia. This hotel and room was not worth the money we paid for the night. Felt more like a motel than a hotel! I would never recommend to anyone. They need to do better. This hotel has so much potential!!!!”

There was an issue with the AC in our building, and they were gracious enough to move rooms for the night, then back to our original room the following morning. Overall it was an amazing trip for our honeymoon/first anniversary. We will be returning to this resort in the future”

“L'hotel è molto bello, classica struttura coloniale di fronte al mare, tutti gli inservienti vestiti di bianco etc. vi deve piacere lo stile. Il mare non è stile caraibi ma mostra molte sfumature sul verde, poca sabbia molto pulito. Le camere sono la parte più bella, tutte vista mare con ampio e comodo letto, bel bagno e pulitissime. Preparatevi, i costi del cibo e delle bevande sono esorbitanti considerando che qualunque cosa ordiniate verrà sottoposta ad un 30% di aumento (tax+service...

“The room was clean and the staff was awesome!! The pools were the best part of lounging around. The restaurants were deceiving as it was advertised as 8 but only 4-5 were available to us because we didn’t get the adults only side of the resort so plan on that. Other then that it was a good time”
