“Didn't have breakfast, rooms were ok for 2 nights, staff were ok and helpful. Pool was lovely and warm. Hotpools across the road, get hotel to book as it was only $15pp. ”

“Clean, functional, basic amenities, electric blanket....but room can be noisy due to sound travelling from neighbouring rooms and upstairs. Staff were very accommodating by staying back to let us check in when our plane had been delayed and by providing extra bedding when requested. ”

“We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Geyser Lookout B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome. They live on site and are both very friendly, helpful, and clearly work very hard to ensure every guest has an excellent stay. “Clean room with the grand old tile character. Street parking with security cameras. Electronic glass doors. Trains and logging trucks pass in area and noisy as well as odd loud car. Tea coffee whitener jug provided. Also small guest kitchen area.TV lacked rabbit ear signal. Online booking and quick simple ask for key on arrival and deposit in container on check out. ”

“This was a wonderful accommodation. My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The views were incredible. Sadly it rained a lot so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful grounds. Star the manager could not be any nicer. Anything we wanted she was there to get it for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily and amazing snack drawer was filled. Refrigerator was filled with drinks and replenished daily. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. Much better than standard continental breakfasts normally...

“Love old time buildings like this, feels like I’m in a movie. Very clean, staff were lovely, food was very good especially the continental breakfast buffet with the fresh scones and pastries. ”

“The rooms were clean and the staff is very polite. The only issue I experienced was about 3 to 5 minutes of hot water for a shower. Afterwards it would run cold immediately. ”

“The room's bathroom was too small- there was no where to hang out wet togs and towels. Pool gate and area could use a update and refresh. and the curtains are too see through, for $300 per night I was expecting a bit more in the room, but staff were great. Prices for a toated sandwich and salad and fried expensive.”

“The Astray Motel is perfectly situated for a long, budget-friendly stay in Rotorua. Blocks from downtown and well appointed pair well with a very friendly staff to make for a memorable stay. ”

“These are small recent cottage, great bed, AC working fine. It is a bit off road but you can go to Cambridge with 12 min. You are aldo close to Hobbyton. Pool closes at 18h00. No staff available past 18h00, no cafeteria or restaurants, and you have to walk to your cottage thru a maze of sidewalk. ”
