“This is exactly what I pictured when I imagined staying in Scotland. The house is beautiful and the owners along with their two dogs could not be anymore wonderful. We also had one of our best breakfasts in Scotland.”

Except there wasn't as they didn't have a contract with a supplier.The room was on the ground floor directly across from other rooms, approximately 4 metres away, with windows facing each other, with a walkway between so there were people walking past the room regularly. “We loved being out in the beautiful countryside in this sweet croft cottage. Our host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided gave us lots of choices and was very generous each day. We had a spacious sitting room and bathroom as well. Thank you so much Eileen!”

“The lodge was very clean, well kept, and modern. Had all the facilities you would need for a short stay. Although it was just off a main road, there was plenty private parking just outside the lodge and the road was barely noticeable. The farm shop located across the grounds was lovely, and well worth a browse. The cafe in the farm shop was excellent, best breakfast I’ve had in a long time and reasonably priced. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional. ”

“Stuart and all his staff gave us a very warm welcome. They were very attentive and friendly which gave us a very relaxing stay. We also enjoyed our meals. We had a lovely room with a view over the hills.”

“Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. ”
