“Great location in the historical district of Reykjavik. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and night life. Great owners that were available and worked to get us all we needed. House had all 10 people needed. ”

We wanted to be centrally located for our trip so we could be close enough to all of the places we wanted to visit. As well as being able to stay somewhere that if we didn't go anywhere, it was relaxing. This house checked all of the boxes in regards to our needs and wants. While the rest of the family wanted to see everything possible my wife and I just stayed at the house two...

“We enjoyed our stay and Marco was a terrific host. He provided lots of information and recommendations for an easy stay. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, walkable and only 10 short minutes to downtown by car or 7-minutes to Sky Lagoon or the beach. I would recommend and stay here again. The rental is up one flight of stairs to the main level. The ground level is a separate apartment and the rental listing is for the upper two floors and requires 14-stairs to access. ”

“ This modern house has many nice features—including a sauna, hot tub, and full laundry room. The views from the walls of collapsible accordion doors are stunning. However, a lot of space is devoted to the porch and living room while two of the bedrooms are VERY small. We had three couples staying, and the two in the small rooms had to put their luggage in the living area since no room to walk in room otherwise. The two small rooms might be more appropriate for children than adults. ALSO...

"La posizione della struttura è ottima,la vista sul porto eccezionale, una nota di merito a Daniel della reception, gentile e disponibile.Nota negativa è la doccia senza base il bagno si riempe d'acqua,e si può scivolare."

"Al check-in ho presentato la carta di identità e non è stata accettata e mi è stato richiesto il passaporto che dall’Italia non è obbligatorio, lo staff della reception dovrebbe essere informato su questo ed essere più disponibile e cordiale visto che é il primo impatto con la struttura. Il divano letto era scomodo e la stanza non ben insonorizzata, durante la notte si sentivano continuamente il rumore di porte sbattute dagli altri ospiti. L’hotel è in una posizione comoda ma è sprovvisto di parcheggio. Colazione buona. In generale non ho ritrovato l’atmosfera e la qualità di un boutique hotel o di un 4 stelle."
