“Unfortunately, this review is not what I like to write. Upon entry, at 4:30 pm (check-in being at 3 pm), the receptionist was in another room and slowly sauntered to the desk, as if I was an inconvenience. I had requested a lake view room on the 4th floor. He told me that they had 70 checkouts that day and had only 1 room available at that time as the housekeepers were still working. I asked how long before a room on a higher floor would be available. He stated about 30 minutes. I agreed to...

“It was very clean inside. The sheets and bathroom were very clean. The outside property defiantly needed some cleaning. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a Waffle House right on the property.”

“Breakfast can. Be better. Everything else is very good.”

“Check-In was a lengthy process… Male staff member was unkept…Shirt too small…sweatpants… The combo bath/shower has laminate base pealing…dark grout around lower wall tiles…Grout around The sink was dark and dirty looking… The interior walls of the microwave were rusted at the corners…Didn’t USE it! The TV setting wouldn’t communicate with the remote…Took Two visits by staff to get it to work…No channel Directory available… Door Lock Batteries died…couldn’t get into the room..Male Staff member...

“Easily one of my favorite stays. The family-size room is extremely well planned, with a separate bedroom for kids and very generous space. The pool is very warm despite being outdoor, and is very clean. The hot tub could be a bit warmer, but wasn't bad by any means. It was a bit of a walk to breakfast, but easily doable even with small children. Breakfast options are typical of a mid range hotel, and the staff is very friendly. The parking lot could definitely use some maintenance, but...

“l'albergo é situato allinterno di uno splendido giardino molto curato. all'arrivo quindi si é molto ben impressionati. le camere e soprattutto i bagni sono una delusione : quasi tristi.”

“Conwebs and dead insects on the ceiling and upper walls. The full length vanity mirror on the bathroom removed and leaning against the wall. No shampoo in the wall bottles. Staff toes not monitor the breakfast and do not refill food items even when asked. 7 am one boiled egg left no waffle batter. 8 am still none.”

“I booked because it says it has a hot tub and heated pool. The hot tub was broke, cold. The pool was cold. The 1st room they gave me smelled like dog urine. They moved me to a room on the 2nd floor and the man at the desk did not help me at all. I just drove 5hrs from the coast and was sore and tired. “This place is fine if you’re just staying a night, but for three nights there were a few things that didn’t work. For example, the shower water pressure was the worst Ive ever seen, to the point where it was basically unusable. The shower essentially just dribbled water out and both me and my partner had to wash our hair in the sink. There was also a dead pincher bug in the bathroom, probably due to all the water that gets on the floor. Additionally, there is no vending machine like advertised....

“The staff was friendly but the room smelt stuffy and it was non smoking but it seemed like ppl did smoke in there. Also the bed sheet looked like it had not been changed and hair on pillows the walk ways to the room were filled of small bugs and mosquitos. Bed quality wasnt that great either. There was mold in shower.”
