“The rooms smelt like sewage and they said they would move me but all the rooms smelt like sewage. The staff are not happy and not friendly. Close to the mall though.”

“The toilet in the washroom flushed by itself every 30-45 minutes and when we told about it to the front desk lady she did not even apologized about and felt bad even we said we had a restless night because of the washroom toilet flushing every 30-45 mins. ”

“The property has been renovated and is nice . The lobby is welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is worth the up charge because the hotel is quite isolated and if it offered a good selection of freshly prepared food . Most of the staff we interacted with were pleasant . The housekeeping service in our room was unacceptable. I cant recommend this Hilton based on our experience. ”

“The staff here are so friendly and incredibly helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel (room service) and this was also a great experience and the food was delicious. A little bit of noise from the room above and loud neighbours slamming their door but not the hotels fault. Would recommend this hotel and we will stay here again. ”
