“Beds were super comfortable and the pool and gym were nice. Room service took more than an hour for a couple small meals, but otherwise the food was good. The staff were all very friendly. Great location as well.”

“Staff was friendly, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom wasn't necessarily dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I enjoyed the amenities, but didn't forget a wire if you need Internet and aren't a Bonvoy member”

“Tough to find parking but overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Knoxville. The bar attached is an amazing place to get a late night snack and drinks and the staff is amazing there. Would definitely stay again!”

“Extremely disappointing that parking was so expensive. Valet would have been cheaper than parking in the garage right next to the building. The main entrance was under construction but never disclosed to us so we had to walk through the starbucks and restaurant that doesnt have manual doors with the dolly. The alarm went off due to the shower heat. Disappointing due to the price we paid.”
