“The room and bathroom were very clean. Bed and pillows were super comfy.”

“Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. ”

“The staff were friendly, and the hotel itself was clean, but it definitely needs some updating. One downside was that there is only one small elevator, so expect long waits, especially when other guests have luggage. The biggest issue for me was the location. The hotel is marketed as “downtown,” but it is actually about 5.5 miles away and around an 11-minute drive. “Stay far far away!! They had roaches and I had to argue for 20 minutes to get a refund when I had pictures. The rooms are so gross and outdated and they charged me $164 plus a $100 deposit when I only stayed one night! Never again, I would rather stay in my car.”

Two desk clerks told me no problem withvearly check out after zi showed them Experia coomment to check with staff. They told me to just check out. The day i checked out, the desk clerk would not give me a recreipt and to go through Expedia. Very rude. ”

“Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too.”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“Room was clean, although the website said the pool was open from May/September. Upon trying to use the poop that was filled, we were told that it didn’t open until the end of the month. We were there on May 14th. ”
