“Unfortunately this was not a place I will return to. There were 3 beds that were more narrow than twins. The light switches were at the head of the beds and when I moved the pillow in the night, the lights went on. The lights seemed bright at night but in actuality it was too dim to read. The fabric covered chair was stained and seemed dirty. Common areas had construction debris. The location was good for my needs. They are doing renovations so I think the apartments will be better soon....

“Great launching point for your stay in Iceland. Easy drive into the city or for traveling around the island. Convenient grocery store across the street. Minimalist kitchen but had everything we needed for quick meals. Lovely view of the water out the window. We had a great stay. ”

“Our stay was fine, we had the 5-twin room for 4 of us and it was comfortable. The kitchenette had a hot plate, fridge, electric kettle, and microwave. Hand and dish soap was included. Good location too with a Kronan grocery right across the street. Due to a flat tire out by Kirkjufell, we didn't arrive until 2am, and since it's self check in, it was fine. Only issues were 1) the keypad to enter the room was difficult to learn to use (my first time trying to enter the room, I locked myself...

“Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described. A new building that was modern and very clean. The underground parking was nice after being gone all day. Great communication with the host and only a few minute drive to downtown Reykjavík. ”
