“Great location, great size of room for family 3 or 4 people. Only complain is the sofa bed, poor quality , ot comfortable sleeping. ”

“The property was represented as an “apartment” see its name, My wife inspected the unit and noted the ”furniture other than the beds. Was absent with only a microwave. Most parking was in rear with long walk to access the unit. Looked like a youth hostel or a dorm room. We couldn’t stay there at all, The location was far from center of Reykjavik. The manager emailed that he would cancel the reservation WITHOUT CHArge. II told the general management company that I am going to protest the charge...

“This property met our needs for a two night stay. It could use a bit of an update but overall was more than adequate.”

“Everything was great about this property location. A Supermarket across the road, several cafes nearby and a next level Domino’s Pizza. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was waiting an additional 45 minutes after we arrived at 3.15pm (check in was 3pm) to be able to access the room, we were absolutely tired after travelling all night and touring during the day. ”

“Unfortunately this was not a place I will return to. There were 3 beds that were more narrow than twins. The light switches were at the head of the beds and when I moved the pillow in the night, the lights went on. The lights seemed bright at night but in actuality it was too dim to read. The fabric covered chair was stained and seemed dirty. Common areas had construction debris. The location was good for my needs. They are doing renovations so I think the apartments will be better soon....

“Well-equipped and comfortable but not fancy. Very convenient grocery store across the street. Very little street noise. Lighting could have been brighter, especially over kitchen sink. Host very responsive by phone, can resolve door lock keypad issues remotely.”
