Addormentarsi cullati dalle onde del mare, fosse solo per questo vale la pena di alloggiare in questo hotel!

Kos e il mare
Albergo sul mare se ti sporgi troppo dalla camera (tutte) corri il rischio di fare il bagno in automatico posizione strategica per centro storico autobus taxi rent car o motorini panorama da cinema, gran bel buffet a colazione personale cordiale e non invasivo (NON noleggiate macchine alla reception ma fate 50 passi e risparmiate 20€) se devo fare un'osservazione la camera non è perfetta nelle finiture ....... ma dipende dalla qualità delle camere a cui siete abituati. Lo consiglierei ? Certamente si. Io ci sono stato fuori stagione quindi con dei ritmi decisamente più rilassati il rapporto qualità/prezzo in stagione ( Agosto per intenderci ) mi sembra un po sproporzionato.

Smart comfort near the centre of things
Well-kept , stylish modern hotel in a very convenient situation near the port. Bedrooms have wonderful sea view and the restaurant does too.

The hotel location is excellent. My room’s view to the Aegean Sea was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved everything about this hotel. Fabulous sea views, great breaky, lovely staff, walking distance to everything and swimming from the stairs, into the sea, from the hotel deck!

Excepcional
This magnificent design hotel has a friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Close to all facilities, it has a structure that offers a swimming pool, bar, gym, SPA, private beach and comfortable rooms with balconies from which you can see the turquoise blue and hear the sound of the waves of the Aegean Sea. Breakfast is typically Greek and Restaurant H20 is one of the best in Kos. My special thanks to Maria Sofia, for her support, guidance and help, thank you very much.

Truly disappointing in many ways
To say that our stay here was disappointing is an understatement. We were looking for other hotels on our first night of arrival, but due to seasonality, we couldn't get anything last minute. After falsely advertising a pool which is in it's 'sister' hotel (that was closed for refurbishment), I was informed I could swim in the sea. The music from the bar/restaurant will keep you up until 1am. We heard 4 other couple complaining about it in reception. The speakers from the bar are in the roof and if you're anywhere near this side on the first or second floor, you'll feel like you're in a club. We asked to move room and were told that we'd have to wait an extra day to move. It was off season and the hotel was super quiet, so we had two sleepless nights. The gym in itself needs a visit from health and safety. It was a death trap with wires everywhere and only able to be used at certain times because a nail technician uses the space. Not sure why she can't use one of the deafening rooms that they allow guests to sleep in above the blaring music from the restaurant. The receptionists were extremely rude and unaccommodating in every aspect. Customer service is non existent. Breakfast buffet is poor quality food with unappetizing options. We ate elsewhere.

It is the first time made this kind of complants at the 18 years that we are welcoming all of our travelers who usually love Kos Aktis and our staff . However, we would like to thank you for your review and we will do our best to improve our facilities and services .
