“Couldn't shut the wardrobe door all the way as the mini bar was a little too big for the space. The mini bar fridge wasn't very cold so wasn't able to keep purchased items very cold.”

“Cabin was good but not cleaned properly. We found that the floor is not mopped and is really dirty. Cocroch are to be found. ”

“The rooms were clean and good . But the rooms are not getting cleaned after we checked in . We checked in for three nights and they were not ready to clean the rooms until we checked out . They said the cleaners were not available on holidays etc . But it was a little disappointing as we requested couple of times but nothing happened ”

“A beautiful easy place to stay with plenty of room. We had a ‘2 bedroom’ which was a 1 bedroom and a hotel room with a main thoroughfare which was super spacious, the beds were super comfy. Breakfast is fantastic consistently topped up with cooked fresh items as it got low. We also got room service which was delicious. The location is a bit of a longer walk compared to others on Northbourne if you wanted to access the shopping centre but doable. Would stay here again and again. ”

“It suited us in terms of location and a short stay of 1 night. Bed only a double (queen would be better). Reasonable accommodation at a reasonable price. ”

“In a good quiet location, nice grounds with plenty of free parking. The apartment was well equipped but it would have been nice to have two dinner plates the same size. The standard apartment we were in requires repainting. Staff friendly. We would stay here again but would probably upgrade to an executive apartment.”
