The staff John was beyond useless. I called down to the office three times for room 212 making excessive noise from basically 11 till 2 am. When I called down the second time he told me he walked the halls and heard nothing. I invited him to our room he stated he would be up in a bit that never happened. ...

clean, nice room and really good hotel. I only wished they refill the breakfast. they closed at 10 and we were there at 9:15 but a lot of the food were not available anymore and theres still people trying to get to hotel.
