“Great customer service and clean”

“Room was clean, a/c set at 65 degrees when we entered the room, breakfast was good. Only complaint was with TV service. Saturday night had limited channels. Sunday morning, no channels at all. Will stay there again when in Denton because of convenient location.”

“I traveled to Denton, TX for a track and field championship and for the location of the hotel from the stadium, simply having somewhere to lay my head at night, and the hotel staff being very helpful, welcoming, and open to answer any questions I had, I give the stay an 8/10. The only downfalls that would drop the rating down for me would be the hotels location to restaurants because I typically like to walk to surroundings places for grocery/meal runs, the amenities which were slim to none...

“My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom...

“Overall stay was ok but there were a few issues. There was a spot of blood on the mattress pad. It was changed out with a clean one. It took several inquiries to figure out the TV. The room as warm with poor circulation it felt much warmer than what thermostat read. The quality of the breakfast was poor with grey eggs and limited other choices.”

“We were in a handicap room and the shower stall was excellent. But the shower hardware needed some attention as it was loose on the wall and hard to get a good water temp. We reported it and they put it on the list for repairs. Everything else was wonderful. It was not our first stay and we will go back.”

“Clean, parking is easy with entrances to get to one’s room easily. So courteous was the employees. Room was perfect.”

“Nothing stocked in the kitchenette. Come prepared with all your own stuff. Dryer eats your quarters, and only one of two were working. Otherwise very quiet and comfortable.”

“I stay at Marriot properties all the time I had just stayed and won the day before in Austin. They gave us water bottles. They gave us a drink token. They were extra nice. The Place in Denton was so rude and offered nothing.. I will never stay there again, and I will tell everyone I know not to stay there. Those young girls really need some training or they need to find a job that they enjoy doing because they were so rude.”

“Check in was easy. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again. ”
