“Spectacular location and the treehouse was amazing. The resort is tired though, and the dining facilities themselves are fine but the crockery was dirty. We are glad we visited, but one night for us was perfectly enough.”

“Good room. Excellent staff. Good view of the waterfall, though not very close. However nice view of the water flowing in front of the resort. Good breakfast spread as well as ala carte options for lunch and dinner. On the whole a very pleasant and refreshing stay.”

“We got to the property late , we informed the desk that we are running late . Not properly maintained property . Their bed Sheets towels , pilllows are full of stain and dirty . No coffee service anything you ask they don’t have. Expedias reputation will go if you keep this property in the list . ”

“I took this hotel to meet with my two school friends from Muvattupuzha for a maximum of two hours evening time. Hotel was nearly empty. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent.. I checked in at 5pm and vacated at 7pm. Took another hotel Kabani , with much more facilities and wonderful staff and paid less money. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.
