“We booked online through hotels.come. When we got there to check in the door was locked and no one would answer the door or phone. We tried for over an hour to get someone to come to the door. We called the main hotel number but was told they couldn't help us. Hotel.com tried to contact them as well with no luck. They ended up having to move us to another hotel.”

“Once the people above us finally settled down for the night, it was so quiet & wonderfully dark in our room. However, the first morning, we awoke for Spring 2026 HPMKT to zero power in our room! My daughter & I got ready in the dark & the front desk clerk simply added us to the list & said, Well, we don’t have anyone around, so we’ll see…. Not my idea of customer care. ”

“The outside of the hotel and lobby were clean. The staff were very friendly. The room itself smelled like weed and mold. The sheets were stained. Our door wouldn’t shut and lock unless you slammed it. The deadbolt wouldn’t set. The flip lock completely missed the door so was not functional. There was no housekeeping service. We stayed for one night and checked out early. There were people living in the hotel. A few cars in the parking lot looked like people were living in their cars too. The...

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”

“This was a last minute one night day, so I was grateful that the hotel had availability. However, our non-smoking room smelled of thick smoke, the linens did not smell fresh and actually the towel looked so soiled the tank of the toilet was sitting a skew. Our smoke detector was on attached.I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room. The hotel they give us fresh towels and linens to change our bedding. ”

“The entire floor and room smelt like pure weed, nothing smelled clean whatsoever. Honestly, I didn’t even want to spend the night there once we got into the room, especially with a child being with me, but it was already too late to go anywhere else after our event. So I stuck it out since it was just one night. But I will never be back there again.”
