“The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. “The young guy working at the desk was awesome but he was basically the o ku person working 24 hours a day poor kid but he was doing his best . The property is very warm down badly in need of more staff and updates . One person cannot be the only one carrying the property. But he sure had a good attitude and that says a lot !”

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”

“Parking was ok, air conditioning was good. The room and linen was dirty. Staff was cordial I had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe down the room. Everything was dirty even when I asked for clean towels they were not clean.”

“We immediately left the property when we saw our room. We booked a hotel straight away because we did not want to be there. Although the guy at the front desk wasn't rude or difficult. We are traumatized. dirty bathroom, room smelled like smoke, piss outside in hallway, no trash can in room at all not even in the bathroom. stains all over the bed, closet smelled bad, dirty shower, blood on closet door, mold in the AC, and the walls were yellow from people smoking inside.”
