“Die Zimmer sind sehr groß inkl. zweier Doppelbetten und Sessel. Das Frühstück ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und insbesondere die Ingwershots sind ein echtes Highlight. Das Gelände ist riesig und gut gesichert, so dass man sich jederzeit wohl und sicher fühlt. Zudem gelangt man von einem Ausgang direkt zum Spurs für das Abendessen, wenn man nicht im guten aber auch etwas teureren Hotelrestaurant essen möchte. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Im Winter ist es im Badezimmer sehr kalt, da es dort keine...

“You can see the manager is trying hard to make the hotel a modern, good quality place to stay for business and leisure but the rooms are tired, bathrooms old and staff need some more training. Wifi is advertised as freely available, which was a key selling point for me, however the reality is that you receive limited access, after which you need to pay. This was important for me to be able to work in the evening and meant paying quite a lot extra. Reception staff were very pleasant and...

“The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door. There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by. When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room...

“Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. ”
