Once I had my key card, I was able to get to my car easily and staff was so kind helping me find a couple of things I needed. They even helped make sure I had the same room because I booked two nights separately. Thank you so much! ”

“Joe at check in was great. The rest was horrible. The hot tub was filled in with cement. The pool was cloudy like a dead body may be in the bottom. The pool gate lock was cut off and the gate itself was rusty and sharp edged. The side entrance door had no lock so any methhead could enter the propped open door 24x7. The elevator was out of service. The door entering the 2nd floor from the stairwell was stuck like the foundation had moved. As for the room, the lowest volume on the tv was 10 and...

“The room was nice and quiet. We went in February so the grounds were not green or blooming, but it was still a beautiful location to spend our Anniversary. The food was outstanding. ”

“This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of). “First room the shower faucet wouldn't stay in place and kept falling so the water was scaulding. Also, our air conditioner leaked making the carpet wet, then stopped working. Moved to another room and the bathroom floor tile was broken and hazardous. The rooms were cleaned, just in need of repairs.”

“Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.”
