“There was a live water bug in my bathroom. The renovations looked a bit unfinished i.e. seams, paint, windows. The lock on the door was loose. The beds were fresh and comfortable. The ice machines aren't on every floor. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast was disappointing; bagels, cereal cups and fruit juice. The furniture was nice and modern. Checking in and out was seamless. The location is excellent. Overall my stay was not what I'm used to.”

“La finestra è finta, non si apre, quindi non si cambia l aria e sei costretto a sentire il rumore del motore del condizionatore tutta la notte e soprattutto non si puo' cambiare l 'aria. Per me gravissimo. In America usano fare così e in tutti gli alberghi dove sono stato era così. Non vedi l' ora di scappare dalla camera. Il personale è solo nero o latino, quindi tutti molto gentili ed educati. ”

“Nice and very clean room. Beds and pillows so comfortable. Hotel Shuttle bus take you to metro station, which is only 25 minutes from downtown Washington. Great breakfast.”

“The parking fee of $25 per day is excessive, in my opinion, as is the $25 "Destination Fee", plus the tax of $1.50 plus $3 for Destination Occupation Fee PER DAY, so adding it up, if you include parking, you're pay $29.50 extra EVERY DAY. You can recoup $25 by eating or drinking at the hotel. The food wasn't all that good, in my opinion. Some staff didn't seem very knowledgeable.”

“The room was clean but maintenance needed to be attended to, one side of the drape rod was broken so it hung down and lot of drape and sheer curtains needed hooks to hold in place, big hole in screen, and broken lamp. The biggest disappointment was when we entered building to check in and highly smelled of pot and this a non smoking property. The staff was friendly and room attendant was extremely helpful. Everything that you would need is all around this property. They just need more attention...

“It was renovated and looked good design wise. But the place was very dirty. There were stains all over the carpet. The beddings were all ripped up and stained. And it has a distinct smell that is not pleasant. Hotel has bad reservation system as it was overbooked.”

“Location was convenient. Hotel interior was pretty worn down. Carpet was frayed, wrinkled and patched. Breakfast was ok but eggs were cold. No Greek yogurt only sugary yogurt. Only non processed food was an apple. You could hear bathroom usage into the room. ”

“The rooms were okay, plumbing needs some work. the staff was okay, they weren’t rude, just young. Parking was cool, hotel was clean. The breakfast…. Terrible, appliances didn’t work, no real selection how they make it sound and look online. You’re better off going to a diner. ”
