“My room had hair in the bathtub, urine pooled by the screw on the outside of the toilet and urine under the seat. Dead bugs behind the bathroom door. Trash and thick dust behind both nightstands. Thick dust on lamps and microwave. After requesting reclining, toilet still dirty and bugs still behind the door.
A $60 compensation was promised, still waiting.”
