“This hotel marketed itself as being available and we booked a room at 6 PM and received a message that a code needed to be entered to access the building. When we arrived late at night, the place was totally dark…although the code worked to get into the building, the machine that was to dispense a key to us for the room was completely nonfunctional, and we had to book alternative accommodation. The hotel refused to reimburse us for failing to provide us with a room and knowingly took our cash...

“Ho scelto la camera "king" per un comfort maggiore. Purtroppo il letto era scomodissimo, era impossibile dormire nella parte centrale perché in realtà il materasso king è composto da due letti singoli uniti, che delusione! Dentro il letto c'erano diversi peli/capelli. Inaccettabile per un 4 stelle. Camera un po' vissuta e meno bella di quello che sembra in foto. Uniche note positive: il bagno che era pulito e nuovo e il parcheggio gratuito ”
