“Everything was excellent. Clean, friendly staff good breakfast.”

“Rooms was clean and spacious. Staff was above and beyond.”

“Very nice. Liked the location.”

“The Tiki Bar and sand volleyball courts were a hit with our family and friends. Great atmosphere and environment. Breakfast was very minimal, and there were not many options for different dietary needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the bathroom was clean. There were a lot of bath towels and hand towels, which was very nice.”

“Clean room with breakfast available”

“It was a great hotel. Our original hotel had to cancel at the last min and Spark was very accommodating! Very clean, quiet and wonderful staff! We will be back, thank you!”

“It was horrible abuse. I have stayed in many Quality Inns and almost none cheat me. But this one jacked up the deposit so high, that I was refused a room AFTER I PAID FOR IT. I also had trouble getting Expedia to help me (I usually do not). And I was on the phone having trouble with BOTH this hotel AND Expedia for hours. This was the beginning of actual physical and emotional abuse for me in Lacrosse. I would advise people not to come to Wisconsin, period. It's awful”

“The stay was ok. Mattresses need to be replaced, you can feel the springs as well as the bedding, since it had tears in it. TV is out dated. Breakfast was fine.”
