“I cannot say enough good things about this property and its hosts. We were a group of adult friends going for my birthday and the layout of the house was like we each had our own apartments and space inside the same house. Such a fun unique setup! There was a little sloth sanctuary outside by the kitchen patio for early mornings and private jungle walking trail. So many beautiful birds, flowers, plants and the largest bamboo I’d ever seen all onsite. We were slightly worried before our stay...

We were in the middle of the wilderness, with birds and sloths on site, but still had room service/clean up and buffet style breakfast and a pool! “This home was exactly what we needed, close to downtown La Fortuna yet away from the noise. The house has 2 bedrooms with doble beds and TV’s and one loft with 2 twin beds. The bathroom has hot/cold water and the host provides shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a cooktop as well as the basics you need to make meals if you choose to cook. The washer and dryer were very convenient. “La maison se trouve à proximité du centre-ville de La Fortuna et est facile d’accès. La maison est un peu âgée et donc un peu défraîchie. Toutefois tout y est. À noter que la piscine est commune à plusieurs maisons et qu’il faut marcher 3-4 minutes pour y accéder. La machine à laver le linge est manuelle et le module d'essorage ne fonctionnait pas . ”

“It was a great place to stay, albeit difficult to initially find the place.The directions using google were not great, the link using waze was broken, and the messages regarding check-in never came through.However, after finding the place and settling in - we really enjoyed our stay there & would consider it again in the future. It was nice to have a washing machine & my nephew thoroughly enjoyed the pool.”

“Great location. Easy to access due to clear instructions. Beautiful home and very quiet. Host is very responsive. Truly appreciated that! Menus are left on the counter for location recommendations. The only con I have is the bug issue. Upon arrival we noticed a lot of tiny ants. Throughout the stay we also saw spiders, bugs and a geico (small lizard) inside the home.
