I had an ocean front room in the center section; very nice. Had to be moved 2 times during a 4 night stay. Room was very humid but thought AC turned up. AC would not cool, stayed very humid. “The staff make the experience. It started at drop off with the bell staff and the reception team. All are so helpful and sincerely kind. Gonazalo and his female counterpart doing all of the activities did such a great job with volleyball and other fun activities for the adults. It was so easy to stay healthy. However, they work hand in hand and things went smoothly. Check your messages in Expedia after booking, to get all the info ahead of time. ”
