ho trovato per due giorni ascensore rotto e 6 piani di scale da salire... esperienza non confortevole

thank you for sharing your stay with us and giving us like this the possibility to improve our service. We try our best to make the stay of every guest as pleasent as possible and therefore we regret to read your comment. We had an electric problem with the elevator that needed a special piece to be repaired, this was not available until next day and therefore in 24h it did not work. On the other hand we hope that, apart from that, you had a lovely stay in Palma and look forward to welcoming you soon back.

Terrazza da sogno e buon caffè!

Consiglierei vivamente questo hotel per la terrazza con supervista accessibile a qualsiasi ora e con vista su quasi tutta la città è il porto.. il caffè era il più buono di tutta Palma (però a seconda di chi lo preparasse a volte era un po' lungo ma sempre buono!). La zona è ottima per girare tutto il centro a piedi.

Posizione: POSIZIONE OTTIMA IL RESTO DELUDENTE PER IL RESTO PALMA DE MALLORCA è BELLA.....!!! NON MERAVIGLIOSA MA BELLA
Sono stata questa estate , appena arrivammo ci diedero delle stanze con il bagno comunicante bruttissimo ..........mal tenuto ......vista meravigliosa..........!!!!! peccato pero' !!!
pagammo solo le tariffe di expedia e poi scappammo via da li!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was in poorer conditions than it is showed online. The joints were poorly finished underneath the shower leaving a gap between the floor and the shower.
